I am Grégory Landenbergue. I am 16. I born on November 20, 1991. I am in a high-school at Nicolas-Bouvier in sporting class. I am in this class because I obtained good results at school and I practised sport. My sport is swimming. I swim since 5 years and do competitive swimming since the age of 10. My team is Genève-Natation 1885. Before, I swam with the team of Lancy-Natation. I am in Genève-Natation since I am 12. My trainer is Michaël Richard. It is my fourth year with this trainer. I have 6, 7 or 8 training times weeks. Monday, my training last 2 hours, Tuesday, it is 3 hours, Wednesday mornig before going to the school, it is 1 hour 30, Wednesday evening, it is 2 hours, Thursday, it is 3 hours, Friday it is 2 hours, and Saturday morning, it is 1 hour 30 and Saturday night 2 hours. My training are sometimes very hard. I haven’t much competitions, but during a competition, I swim with an outfit which sticks to your body and we have to shave the legs. The competition last all a weekend.
My model is american and his name is Michael Phelps.

My best result was in February 2006 when I did first romand of my age to the 400 meter individual medley. My best strocke is the butterfly. Generally a competition starts at 9 a.m. and finishes towards 8 p.m. I was wounded that twice. Once at the shoulder and once at the muscle of the triceps.
